THE PILOT: Quinn Canals (34) has always dreamed of becoming an NFL head coach. Hard-nosed, analytical, and brilliant, she climbed the ranks to become the Offensive Coordinator for the Arizona Cardinals—the first woman in NFL history to hold a play-calling position.

After three seasons in the desert, Quinn's offensive genius is the bright spot, making her the top coordinator in the league. But when the Cards miss the playoffs again, the head coach is fired, leaving his entire staff, including Quinn, unemployed.
